Starting from scratch again

Before Christmas the house wasn't perfect but it was at least under control. Since Christmas it has deteriorated by the hour and now I am back to having so much to do it is hard to know where to begin. It's so bad that I can't even begin in a room, so to get things happening, I'm working on a list of isolated tasks.

• dishes to dishwasher
• clothes to laundry
• load of dark clothes in washing machine
• bring in light clothes from yesterday
• fold, iron and put away
